It is a masterpiece that has it all, action, suspense, drama, love and courage. Perhaps the most thrilling thing about this movie, is that you can feel that you are in it and the special effects are simply splendid. I can't wait to see the other two. 10/10, and I am not exaggerating.

Peter Jackson) wonderful music (cmposed by Howard Shore) and good fight scenes. Based on the book by J.R.R. Tolkein, Jackson did a fantastic job on keeping the movie the same level as the book. I couldn't think of anybody to do this than Peter Jackson. For anybody who hasn't seen "The Lord of the Rings" yet, go see it. I guarantee you're gonna love it.

I'm homesick for the Shire. a world that doesn't even exist. You know when you get that ache in your chest and you get all choked up? That's how I feel when I listen to 2:10. No kidding, this was flawless. Hands down and to my memory,
the finest adaptation of a book that I have seen on the big screen.
What could be left out was without damaging the plot and what
needed to be kept in was. The director successfully avoided the need to impose modern
ideology and "remake" the classic book into a fine, fine movie. The acting was superb, the filiming was flawless and it was a
fantastic experience for myself and the five I went with. I cannot recommend this movie enough. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.
